At The Pickleball Pen, we believe that creating a space for kids is just as important as the game itself. Our Kids Fun Pen is designed to be a fun, engaging, and safe environment where children can play, learn, and make new friends, all under the supervision of our caring and experienced staff. While you enjoy a match or relax in our lounge, you can have peace of mind knowing your kids are having a blast in their own special place.

How long can my child stay in the Kids Fun Pen?

Kids Fun Pen visits are limited to three hours at a time.

Are snacks provided for the children?

We do not provide snacks, but you’re welcome to bring your own as long as they are peanut-free.

Do I need to stay on the premises while my child is in the Kids Fun Pen?

Yes, parents must remain on the premises while their children are in the Kids Fun Pen.

How Old do you have to be to enjoy the Fun Pen?

The Kids Fun Pen is designed for children aged 2 to 12.

What if my child has allergies?

Please ensure that any snacks you bring are free from common allergens, and let our staff know about any specific allergies.

What should we bring to the Kids Zone?

We recommend leaving personal items like toys or electronics at home to prevent loss or damage.

When it came to designing The Pickleball Pen, there was one thing I told him had to be included from day one.

A space for the kids.

Not as an afterthought. Not a “maybe someday.”It had to be built into the foundation of this place literally and figuratively.

Here’s why. I love this game, I love what it’s done for Dustin, and I love what it’s created for our family.

But I also know how hard it is to stay consistent when you’ve got kids in the mix, whether you're just starting or playing seriously.

I remember trying to squeeze in workouts between pickups, rushing through coffee with friends at the park, constantly feeling like I was chasing minutes instead of moments.

So when we started dreaming up this facility, I told him:

“We’re building the kind of place I wish I had existed when our kids were younger.”

We’re not just building a pickleball facility. We’re building a community. That’s why we created the Family Membership, with built-in options for even our smallest pickleball enthusiasts.
